2. James 1:5

"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

Leaders are encouraged to seek wisdom from God. When faced with challenging decisions or situations, we can humbly ask God for wisdom, knowing that He will generously provide it.

3. Proverbs 11:14

Effective leaders understand the importance of strategic planning. By seeking input from others and involving them in the decision-making process, we can develop well-informed plans that have a higher likelihood of success.

6. Proverbs 16:16

"How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!"

This verse highlights the incomparable value of wisdom. Wise leaders prioritize gaining wisdom and insight above material possessions, recognizing that wisdom is foundational to successful leadership.

7. Proverbs 2:6

"For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding."

Leadership wisdom ultimately comes from God. By seeking Him and His Word, we can tap into a source of wisdom that surpasses our human understanding.
